Rain test chamber is specially designed to simulate various harsh weather conditions. It is primarily used to test the products' waterproofing, sealing, and weather resistance capabilities. By simulating dynamic operation under various intensities of rainfall, the chamber assesses the waterproofing performance of products to evaluate their overall quality. Conducting waterproofing tests with rain test chambers can significantly shorten product development cycles and reduce development costs.

Features
• Rain test chamber features automatic water filling, drainage, and rainfall intensity control, allowing for more precise assessment under different testing conditions.
• Multiple safety measures include current leakage protection and overload protection, ensuring the safety of the testing process.
• Easy operation and maintenance facilitate daily upkeep and repairs for users.
• Customization according to user requirements is available, and the equipment can be combined with other testing devices such as constant temperature and humidity chambers and salt spray test chambers to achieve comprehensive multifunctional testing.
• High-precision sensors and controllers ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• The chamber is constructed with SUS304 stainless steel plates, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
Construction
• The rain test chamber consists of the chamber body, circulation air duct, heating system, rotating system, spraying system, strong wind circulation system, water circulation system, electrical control system, and safety protection system.
• The test chamber is equipped with a load-bearing insulated bottom floor, internally fitted with a constant temperature heating device to ensure water temperature consistency. And the test chamber is securely fixed on a foundation made of No. 10 channel steel for easy lifting and transportation as a whole.
• The chamber has double doors with double-layer aging-resistant silicone rubber seals.
• Sliding door is used, which is manufactured with Danish technology. Observation window is installed on the door, two layers of hollow tempered glass (imported coated glass), with a rain brush on each window and door for observing the rain test conditions. Door handles are installed at suitable positions, and each door is equipped with a heated coated moisture-proof insulated hollow glass observation window.
