It is compatible with a complete laboratory analysis workflow, including DNPH filters, Tenax adsorption tubes, thermal desorption (TD), and GC-MS, meeting VOC emission testing standards for automotive interiors, building materials, and polymer materials. It supports CNAS metrological calibration and certification, and is suitable for professional laboratory testing.
The equipment is equipped with a multi-stage air intake purification system. Through multi-layer filtration, adsorption, and catalytic decomposition, it can efficiently remove impurities such as VOCs and formaldehyde from the air. Combined with a pre-cooled condensation dehumidification unit, it ensures clean and dry intake air and maintains an extremely low background noise level. Employing a vertical circulation air duct structure with top air supply and bottom air return, it eliminates dead air zones and, together with an intelligent temperature and humidity control system, achieves precise and stable control of the cabin temperature and humidity.
