Material: The inner liner is made of SUS316L stainless steel, while the outer shell is coated with SUS304 stainless steel. The interior is filled with high-temperature insulating material.

Nitrogen system: The N2 interface is configured with a DN25 quick plug interface to connect to the factory nitrogen system. It is equipped with a pressure regulating valve and a flowmeter, with a pressure resistance of ≥0.6MPa. It supports 0.2～0.5MPa to accurately control the nitrogen intake to ensure a stable nitrogen atmosphere in the cavity.

Oxygen level monitoring: The built-in oxygen sensor continuously tracks oxygen levels in the tank, with a measurement range of 0.01% to 21% and an accuracy of ±0.05%. Oxygen levels are displayed on the touchscreen, and the system triggers an alarm when levels exceed the limit. Control system: Touch screen control with a clear and intuitive interface. Display functions: Real-time display of key parameters including set temperature, measured temperature, and nitrogen concentration. Program functions: Supports program editing and storage, allowing multi-stage heating, holding, and cooling (natural cooling) processes. Safety protection: Overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and grounding protection, compliant with GB/T 30435-2013 standard. Gas safety: Nitrogen pressure low alarm and automatic nitrogen replenishment when oxygen content exceeds the limit.
